Participant Registration
Attendance at the Control Line 2010 Masterclass costs $330 GST inclusive per person. Participants can register individually via the form below, or a group booking form can also be used (see end of page). Registrations close Friday 24th September 2010.
Participant Details
Payment / Participant Acknowledgment
All booking details will be acknowledged by email. After registration occurs, a tax invoice with payment details will be sent to the participant. Upon completion of payment, a receipt will be issued and your booking confirmed. Payments can be made by cheque, EFT or Credit Card.
Group Bookings
Organisations wanting to send multiple participants will need to supply a central contact person who will liaise with the booking office. A single invoice will be raised for the organisation.

Cancellation / Participant Transfer Policy
Any cancellations made in writing to the Control Line office prior to 24 September 2010 will incur a $100 cancellation fee. No refund is payable after that date.
At any time registrations can be transferred to a substitute participant without penalty.
