In October 2013 the Bayswater Fire Brigade celebrates ten years of our annual emergency leadership development seminar. Founded in 2004 by then Captain Craig Ferguson as an event to build incident leadership capability, Control Line fast became a unique event attracting people from emergency services and government and non-government agencies across Australasia.
Control Line has provided a wonderful opportunity for emerging and experienced leaders to listen to some of the most experienced crisis leaders from across Australia talk about their experiences in leading major events.
